8.92 ROAS In First Month

Project Lean Nation was looking to expand their subscription-based meal prep service online. They had previously hired an inexperienced Facebook marketing specialist. Upon an audit on our end it was discovered that attribution was not set up, there were unnecessarily 2 pixels, the ads were low quality, and there was no funnel. The previous campaign was not a success and they were skeptical about the profitability of running any further campaigns on the platform.

We were able to develop a detailed marketing plan in addition to setting up a complex and robust custom attribution system using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio to ensure we knew exactly what actions people were taking once they clicked on our ads. We developed professional ad creatives with our designer to be implemented as Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads in carousel format. We created ads for each step in the funnel and were able to move people through the buyer’s journey seamlessly and at a CPA far below what the client was anticipating.

 

The outcome of the campaign was a resounding success. By knowing for how long the average customer renewed their subscription, we were able to calculate our ROAS as the clients were signing up. This allowed us to scale our efforts and expand the scope of the campaign.
